- Revenue collection control and management following contracts: We implement systematic monitoring of rents, associated costs, and tenant obligations. In the event of delays or irregularities, we initiate the appropriate procedures following legal possibilities, ensuring a regular and predictable cash flow.
- Compliance with the legislative framework and regulatory requirements: All contracts, relationships, and activities we conduct on behalf of the owner are following applicable laws and regulations. We monitor all changes in legislation (both local and international) and promptly implement the necessary adjustments in our business processes.
- Resolving potential disputes and protecting the interests of the owner: In the event of misunderstandings, irregularities, or threats to the owner's interests, we take all legal and operational steps to resolve the issue, consulting with the legal team and with minimal involvement from the owner.
