Our services
We offer three main categories of services: Facility Management, Property Management, and Facility Consulting. Facility Management includes the technical and infrastructural management of the daily operations of a facility.
Property management encompasses financial, administrative, and commercial management of real estate. Facility Consulting provides strategic advice throughout the entire lifecycle of real estate. Our system helps clients reduce costs and increase the value of their assets.
Janitor services
The janitorial service in a modern facility goes beyond the classic tasks of technical support - it is the first line of care for the functionality, appearance and safety of the space. At First Facility, we view the janitorial service as a daily, operational support that ensures the continuity of the facility's operation, quick resolution of minor problems and direct contact with tenants.
Our janitors are technically qualified, reliable and always available for interventions that do not require the engagement of external contractors - which saves time and costs, and provides users of the facility with a sense of security and professional support.
What do janitorial services entail?
Fast technical support in the building: The janitor reacts immediately to everyday problems - a leaking faucet, a burnt-out light bulb, a locked door, a power outage in a small part of the space, and similar situations that require urgent but simple intervention.
Visual controls and monitoring of the system: Regularly visits the technical rooms and common parts of the facility for a visual check of correctness, and records potential irregularities that are further forwarded to the technical team or competent contractors.
Minor repairs and replacements: Performs simple construction, plumbing and electrical work within its competence, such as replacing locks, handles, switches, basic plumbing parts and other minor interventions.
Third-Party Work Assistance: Attends or assists with work involving other contractors (eg, handymen, delivery people, repairmen) to provide access, supervision, or communication with tenants and facility management.
Support for users and tenants: It is available to users of the facility for basic technical information, receiving requests for interventions, and communicating with the maintenance team.
How do we organize janitorial services?
Presence on the ground: Depending on the size and complexity of the facility, we organize a permanent presence of a caretaker or regular tours of several facilities within the route - with clearly defined time frames and responsibilities.
Digital reporting of requests: We allow users to quickly report a problem through digital platforms or applications, after which the caretaker receives a notification and goes to the field in the shortest possible time.
Daily records and reporting: Each intervention is recorded and archived through a work log, along with a description of the task, reaction time and status - which allows the owners and management of the facility complete transparency.
Liaison with the technical team: The janitor is the link between the user and the central technical team - quickly escalating more complex requests and helping to organize further steps to solve the problem.
More than just craft work
At First Facility, a janitor is not just a "facility master"—he is part of a wider technical management system, educated to understand the building's infrastructure, the needs of tenants, and the standards of service we provide.
The presence of a reliable caretaker brings a sense of security, improves the quality of daily functioning, and significantly contributes to the efficiency of technical property management.
