First Facility has successfully launched Smart Building Management application, developed for the residential clients, property owners in GP5 and GP6 plots in Belville Residential Complex in Belgrade in which First Facility provides property management and integrated facility management services.

Owners and residents can use Smart Building Management application on their mobile phones and as a web service for reviewing their invoices for property and facility management services, placing requests for remedying deficiencies in buildings, garages and outdoor area, following up status of the requests, viewing maintenance work orders and property and facility management reports and gaining service information in real time.

With implementation of Smart Building Management application, First Facility has set new standard in residential property and facility management services, making its work processes completely transparent for all residential clients.
