How do we manage subcontractors on behalf of the owner
- Selection and contracting of subcontractors: We only begin collaboration with verified contractors, based on references, technical capacities, and compliance with legal standards. We create and negotiate contracts that clearly outline obligations, deadlines, standards, and legal guarantees.
- Planning and coordination of activities: We ensure subcontractor activities are in line with the facility's technical, safety, and commercial requirements, while coordinating work schedules to minimize disruptions to daily operations and tenants.
- Quality and performance control: We regularly monitor the execution of all fieldwork, from technical maintenance and cleaning to security systems and fit-out work. We use internal checklists, photo documentation, and real-time performance tracking tools.
