 Financial Management

Asset financial management is an essential component of strategic management that has a direct impact on an investment's stability, liquidity, and long-term value. It goes beyond simple bookkeeping.  At First Facility, we see financial management as an instrument for optimizing return on investment, reducing expenses, and making well-informed decisions.

What does our financial management service entail?

Preparation and management of the property budget: Based on previous results, market conditions, and planned activities, we create a detailed annual budget for each property. We keep an eye on how the budget is being implemented throughout the year, examine any deviations, and provide the owner with frequent reports that include optimization suggestions.

Monitoring income and expenses: Our income (rental income, shared costs, extra services) and expenses (maintenance, utilities, insurance, third-party services) are always accurately reflected.  We evaluate performance on a regular basis and make required corrections.

Reporting to the owner: An overview of the situation, key indicators, and a cash flow analysis are all included in the monthly and quarterly financial reports that we prepare.  Every report is organized, easy to understand, and designed with strategic decision-making in mind.

Tax and legal compliance: Working together with the legal and accounting departments, we make sure that all tax and financial requirements are met.  We keep an eye on legislative changes and promptly synchronize all financial documents and procedures.

Cost control and optimization: Through the examination of market prices and consumption, we find ways to cut costs without sacrificing service quality.  We regularly engage in discussions with suppliers in an effort to get the best deal for the owner.
