Green Area Maintenance Vrbas

Vrbas is a developed economic center with a long industrial tradition, large business and commercial zones, and a strategic position along the E-75 corridor. First Facility provides green area maintenance for production facilities, warehouses, logistics complexes, business and commercial properties, as well as mixed-use properties. At larger industrial sites, particular attention can be given to lawns, green belts, entrances, and outdoor areas around production and warehouse facilities.

In addition to business locations, Vrbas has a strong range of sports, recreational, and tourism facilities. Maintenance can include lawn mowing, tree and ornamental plant pruning, plant care, hedge shaping, leaf collection, green waste removal, and seasonal landscaping. At visitor and recreational areas, the work schedule can be adjusted according to the season and intensity of use.

Why First Facility?

Green area maintenance at larger business, commercial, and industrial locations requires continuity and good organization. First Facility creates a maintenance plan based on the actual size and condition of the vegetation, the purpose of the property, and the way the space is used, without applying a universal model to every location.

We pay particular attention to regular seasonal activities. Mowing, pruning, hedge maintenance, planting care, and green waste removal are planned in advance so that the property's exterior remains clean, organized, and functional throughout the year.

Our team coordinates field activities and adjusts the maintenance schedule to the specific needs of each property. This allows property owners and users to organize green area maintenance through a reliable system, with cost control and clear responsibility for completed work.
