Green Area Maintenance Trgoviste

Trgoviste is a predominantly mountainous area, with business facilities in the urban center and extensive green and natural areas across the surrounding settlements. First Facility provides green area maintenance for business properties, hospitality facilities, production and commercial sites, public and administrative buildings, as well as mixed-use properties. Due to the terrain and differences in altitude, the maintenance plan is adapted to the specific conditions of each location.

At urban and business properties, the service includes lawn mowing, tree and ornamental plant pruning, plant care, hedge shaping, leaf collection, green waste removal, and seasonal landscaping. At properties located in natural and tourism settings, particular attention can be given to entrances, visitor areas, parking spaces, and landscaped zones around the property.

Areas We Cover in Trgoviste

First Facility provides green area maintenance throughout the urban area of Trgoviste, including business, commercial, and hospitality locations, as well as properties with larger outdoor areas. The service is also available in areas along the Pcinja River, where maintained lawns, planted areas, and entrances can form part of business, recreational, or tourism complexes.

Maintenance is also available throughout the wider municipality, including Radovnica, Donji Stajevac, Gornji Stajevac, Donja Trnica, Gornja Trnica, Sapranci, Sajince, Novo Selo, and other settlements. Important natural and tourism locations in the Trgoviste area include Vrazji Kamen, as well as the mountainous areas of Zladovacka Planina, Lesnicka Planina, and other surrounding mountains. For hospitality properties, tourism facilities, rural tourism properties, and other complexes with green areas, maintenance can be organized according to the season, terrain, and purpose of the outdoor space.
