Green Area Maintenance Priboj

Priboj has a strong industrial character, combined with established business and tourism locations along the Lim River and in the Pribojska Banja area. First Facility provides green area maintenance around production and business facilities, warehouses, retail complexes, hospitality properties, and mixed-use buildings. The maintenance plan is adapted to the terrain, size of the property, and way the outdoor space is used.

Due to the varied terrain and larger complexes, maintenance can be organized according to the function of different areas. Lawn mowing, tree and ornamental plant pruning, plant care, hedge shaping, leaf collection, green waste removal, and seasonal landscaping can be scheduled separately for access areas, parking spaces, green belts, and representative parts of the property.

Areas We Cover in Priboj

First Facility provides green area maintenance throughout the urban area of Priboj, including Novi Grad, Citluk, Milijes, and other surrounding locations. The service covers business and commercial properties, administrative buildings, retail facilities, and other properties with outdoor areas.

Particular attention can be given to industrial and production complexes in the FAP area and the Priboj Free Zone, which includes extensive production and office facilities. Maintenance is also available in locations towards Pribojska Banja, Raca, Sjeverin, and other parts of the municipality, including tourism, business, and industrial properties with larger green areas. The maintenance schedule is adapted to the size of the property, type of vegetation, and operational requirements.
