Green Area Maintenance Petrovac na Mlavi

Petrovac na Mlavi has a strong connection with the Mlava River, urban green areas, and tourism facilities in the surrounding area, making outdoor space maintenance important for different types of properties. First Facility provides green area maintenance for business and commercial properties, hospitality facilities, hotels, sports complexes, production sites, and mixed-use properties. The maintenance plan is adapted to the size of the property, type of vegetation, and purpose of the outdoor space.

Regular maintenance includes lawn mowing, tree and ornamental plant pruning, hedge shaping, plant care, leaf collection, green waste removal, and seasonal landscaping. At locations along the Mlava River and near sports and recreational facilities, particular attention can be given to lawns, pathways, entrances, and outdoor areas used by visitors. At hotels, restaurants, and tourism complexes, the maintenance schedule can be adjusted to periods of higher visitor activity.
