Green Area Maintenance Nova Varos

The mountain setting of Nova Varos and the developed tourism offer on Zlatar create a need for carefully organized outdoor area maintenance throughout the different seasons. First Facility provides green area maintenance for business and commercial properties, hotels, apartment complexes, restaurants, tourism facilities, production sites, and mixed-use properties. At larger sites, maintenance is adapted to the terrain, type of vegetation, and use of the property.

The service includes lawn mowing, tree and ornamental plant pruning, hedge shaping, plant care, leaf collection, green waste removal, and seasonal landscaping. At tourism properties on Zlatar, particular attention can be given to lawns, entrances, parking areas, spaces around accommodation facilities, and other representative parts of the property. The maintenance schedule can be adjusted to periods of higher visitor activity during the summer and winter seasons.

Areas We Cover in Nova Varos

First Facility provides green area maintenance in the urban area of Nova Varos, including business and commercial properties, hospitality facilities, sports complexes, and other properties with landscaped outdoor areas. The service is also available for production and business locations along the main urban and transport routes, where larger properties require regular lawn mowing, green belt maintenance, and seasonal landscaping.

A special part of the service covers the Zlatar tourism area, including the designated tourism zone, accommodation and hospitality facilities, sports and recreational properties, and locations near Zlatar Lake, Uvac Lake, and Radoinja Lake. Maintenance can also be organized for rural tourism households and other properties throughout the wider municipality, with the schedule adapted to the altitude, season, and purpose of the property.
