Green Area Maintenance Krnjaca

Krnjaca is located in the flatland area of Palilula and combines residential neighborhoods, family homes, larger plots, and business facilities. This setting requires maintenance that can cover both smaller landscaped areas around individual properties and larger outdoor spaces surrounding business, warehouse, and other commercial complexes. First Facility provides green area maintenance for residential and mixed-use properties, business complexes, industrial halls, warehouses, and other properties throughout Krnjaca.

For larger plots, particular attention can be given to lawns, green belts along fences and roads, and vegetation around buildings and entrances. Services can include lawn mowing, tree and shrub pruning, removal of dry branches, leaf and green waste collection, planting care, and seasonal landscaping. Belgrade's maintenance programs confirm green area work in Krnjaca, including the area around Brace Maric.

Areas We Cover in Krnjaca

First Facility provides green area maintenance throughout the residential parts of Krnjaca and along major traffic routes, including areas around Zrenjaninski Put, Pancevacki Put, Brace Maric, and surrounding streets. Particular attention can be given to properties with larger outdoor areas, with maintenance organized according to plot size, vegetation type, and the way each property is used.

The service also covers the business and industrial corridor along Pancevacki Put, where production, commercial, and warehouse facilities are located.
