Green Area Maintenance Backa Palanka

Backa Palanka is an active business and industrial area with production, commercial, and logistics facilities, as well as landscaped outdoor spaces around urban properties and along the Danube. First Facility provides green area maintenance for office buildings, production facilities, retail properties, warehouses, logistics centers, and mixed-use properties.

For larger business sites, maintenance can be organized according to the purpose of different areas within the property. Regular lawn mowing, tree and ornamental plant pruning, hedge shaping, plant care, leaf collection, green waste removal, and seasonal landscaping can be scheduled according to the needs of each location. At properties with higher levels of traffic, particular attention can be given to entrances, parking areas, and green areas alongside access roads.

Areas We Cover in Backa Palanka

First Facility provides green area maintenance throughout the urban area of Backa Palanka, including Drugo Zeleznicko Naselje, as well as other residential, business, and commercial areas. We also cover the North and South Working Zones and the Industrial Zone, which include production and business complexes.
