Technical Maintenance Kosjeric

Kosjerić has a strong manufacturing base, particularly in the construction and metal-processing industries, which creates specific technical maintenance requirements for business and industrial facilities. First Facility provides maintenance for office buildings, production facilities, warehouses, and commercial properties, including electrical installations, heating and air-conditioning systems, water supply, drainage, and other technical infrastructure.

For production facilities, reliable maintenance planning is essential to keep daily operations running smoothly and reduce the risk of unexpected interruptions. Regular inspections, preventive servicing, repairs and emergency interventions are organized according to the equipment, purpose and technical requirements of each individual facility.

Areas We Cover in Kosjerić

Technical maintenance services are available throughout Kosjerić, including the Industrial Zone, where production, business and warehouse facilities are located. We also cover properties along the main roads through the town, including facilities connected with the construction industry, metal processing, and other local business activities.

Maintenance is also available for business and production facilities in the wider municipality, including Brajkovići and other commercial locations. Our maintenance plans are tailored to the size of the facility, its technical infrastructure, and intensity of use, whether it is a production hall, warehouse, or office building.

Why First Facility?

Technical maintenance requires a skilled team, effective organisation, and in-depth knowledge of the systems that keep a property functional. First Facility combines international experience with local technical expertise to ensure that maintenance is planned according to the actual needs of each facility rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

We place particular emphasis on preventive maintenance, as timely inspections and servicing can reduce the risk of major breakdowns and help control operating costs. For each facility, we assess its current condition, technical systems, and intensity of use, and then organise maintenance according to its specific characteristics.

Our approach includes clear service organisation, qualified personnel, and coordination of all necessary works. With highly competitive prices and a 100% guarantee on completed works and installed components, we provide our clients with additional security and long-term support in maintaining their properties.
